IGT Vermentino di Toscana

“Our wine is produced entirely with Vermentino grapes, the harvest is done by hand in small boxes in the first days of September.
The grapes are pressed and fermented at a low temperature to ensure full aromatic expression.
After alcoholic fermentation, the wine ages on the lees of yeast for about three months in steel vats, and is then bottled.
Straw-yellow colored wine with golden reflections, typical of a well-ripened grape.”
